Overlooking Westminster Highway and Highway 91, this two-storey 50,000 square foot concrete building accommodates warehouse occupants on the ground floor and office occupants in the air-conditioned second floor units. The abundant parking and extensive use of sloping curtain wall glazing and glass overhead doors gives this industrial building a very office-like appearance. This building was completed in 2009. The 63,000 square foot building, completed in 2004, is home to many prominent North Van businesses including Thomas Haas Chocolates.
Completed in 2002, this 2 storey, 135,000 square foot building is home to the wholesale fashion showroom industry in Vancouver. The building is of concrete tilt up construction, with structural steel second floor and roof assemblies. HVAC is provided by individual heat pumps and a roof top cooling tower.
Following the success of the FX Building, the GX Building was built across the street to provide an additional 50,000 square feet of showroom space for the fashion and giftware industry occupants.
